1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LucidRx (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. LucidRx is operated by W. Craig Washington, Jr., MD, PLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Not Medical Advice

LucidRx is for informational and educational purposes only. The content provided in this App — including medication descriptions, side effect information, dosing guidance, and any other health-related content — does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this App.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LucidRx. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lucidrx.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• LucidRx offers both a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium features require an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All content in LucidRx — including medication information, app design, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to W. Craig Washington, Jr., MD, PLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your personal data (journal entries, medication logs, etc.) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LucidRx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, W. Craig Washington, Jr., MD, PLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LucidRx, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email. Your continued use of LucidRx after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
